Role at a glance
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team on a full-time, 12-month contract basis. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting. This role is hybrid, requiring you to work from our Toronto office at 351 King Street East three days per week.
Your impact
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from drafting compelling job descriptions and sourcing top talent to conducting interviews and guiding candidates through the offer process.
- Support the People Operations team by handling recruitment reporting, maintaining our applicant tracking systems, and managing administrative tasks to ensure operational excellence.
- Act as a brand ambassador by sourcing candidates through creative channels and ensuring every applicant enjoys a positive, memorable experience with Caseware.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should possess a solid understanding of current North American job market trends and a genuine passion for building great teams. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, sales, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources, with bonus points for experience in a global SaaS company or an agency setting.
- A firm grasp of hiring regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and a solutions-oriented, team-first attitude.
- Fluency in English.
