We pride ourselves on being a data-led organization, and we are currently looking for a talented individual to join our growing Data Science and Product division.
What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Tableau Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in the United States. In this role, you will work closely with our media and consulting teams to enable faster decision-making and data democratization. You will be responsible for building innovative, scalable, and best-in-class data marts and dashboard solutions that provide high-visibility insights to our portfolio of global retail and consumer clients.
What will you do?
- Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting across both internal and client-facing Tableau dashboards while prioritizing design best practices and user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure our solutions align with business objectives and partner with data engineering to understand our underlying architecture and schema.
- Perform data analysis, validation, and mapping while creating an analytics roadmap to ensure the effective extraction and assembly of complex data sets.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in data visualization and analytics. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- You have intermediate to advanced Tableau development skills and hold a Tableau Desktop Certification.
- You are proficient in SQL, data optimization, and relational database normalization, with a solid understanding of data warehousing principles.
- You have experience applying statistical approaches and predictive models in a corporate or consulting environment, particularly within retail or media.
- You are competent in Excel, including macros and pivot tables, and have a preference for programming in Python.
- You possess excellent communication skills that allow you to influence decision-making through clear data insights.
- You have 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 4 or more years with an advanced degree, or up to 3 years with a PhD.
