Our growing Data Science and Product division is looking for a talented individual to help us push the boundaries of how our clients interact with their data.
What is this role?
We are searching for a Senior Tableau Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role located in the United States. You will play a vital part in our mission to enable faster decision-making and data democratization for our global portfolio of clients by building scalable, high-visibility dashboard solutions.
What will you do?
- You will manage and maintain advanced reporting systems by developing both internal and client-facing Tableau dashboards.
- You will collaborate with our stakeholders to ensure that every solution aligns perfectly with their specific business objectives and requirements.
- You will lead the creation of an analytics roadmap to streamline how we extract, assemble, and transfer complex data sets.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in data visualization and a passion for user experience. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- You possess intermediate to advanced Tableau development skills and hold a Tableau Desktop Certification.
- You have a solid technical foundation in SQL, relational databases, normalization, database modeling, and data warehousing.
- You are proficient in Excel and have experience applying statistical approaches in a corporate or consulting environment.
- You have strong communication skills and can clearly explain insights to influence decision-making.
- Experience with Python programming and Tableau Prep is highly preferred.
- You meet our experience requirements, which include either 6 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 4 or more years with an Advanced degree, or up to 3 years with a PhD.
