Key outcomes
- Manage the end to end candidate interview process, including scheduling video interviews and overseeing offer management.
- Coordinate and supervise background checks for incoming talent.
- Organize travel and accommodation arrangements for interviews and company events as needed.
- Maintain clear and rapid communication to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Oversee data management within our applicant tracking systems and ensure all job postings remain accurate and up to date.
- Contribute to various recruitment projects, including process development, reporting, and campaign management.
- Facilitate and schedule onboarding sessions to welcome new team members to the organization.
Requirements
- One to two years of professional experience in recruitment coordination or human resources.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English.
- A solution oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate the needs of both candidates and our internal hiring team.
- Reliability and the flexibility to travel for company events or offsite meetings when required.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
