The role

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is based in Melbourne, and we offer flexible working arrangements to help you balance your professional and personal commitments. You will be at the heart of our technical operations, ensuring our infrastructure remains robust while we continue to innovate in the multimedia space.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the design of complex systems and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to guide our project lifecycle.
• Architect and deploy scalable virtual and cloud infrastructure solutions tailored to our customers' unique needs.
• Provide expert technical guidance to our management team and offer hands-on support during pre-sales demonstrations and customer engagements.

Skills and experience

To thrive in this role, you should possess a strong background in engineering and system design. We value candidates who have deep expertise in cloud infrastructure and a proven ability to manage infrastructure projects from conception to deployment. Because you will be working closely with our development team, third-party partners, and clients, excellent communication skills in English are essential. You should be comfortable providing technical support and acting as a technical lead during pre-sales activities. Please note that this role involves travel to customer sites across Australia and occasionally overseas.
