About the Role
We are looking for a Systems Developer to join our team in a full-time, mid-level capacity. Reporting to the Senior Director of IT, you will serve as a vital resource for both internal and external stakeholders. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to provide high-level technical support while helping to mentor junior team members. You will play a significant role in streamlining our internal processes and ensuring that our technical operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues by providing advanced solutions and guidance to stakeholders.
- Analyze IT ticket data and resolution metrics to identify workflow gaps and propose meaningful process improvements.
- Mentor and train junior team members on technical procedures, escalation protocols, and best practices.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Three to five years of experience in a technical support or customer service environment.
- Proven proficiency with ticketing systems, Salesforce, and Google Applications.
- Strong project management capabilities and a self-starter mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Experience working with Apple products and supporting SaaS platforms is highly preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, or ACSP are considered a plus.
