We are Mastrics, a team dedicated to building solutions that drive success for a diverse range of clients, from large corporations to government agencies at all levels. We are looking for a Senior Systems Architect to join us on a part-time, remote basis to help us design and document robust, scalable systems that meet our clients' evolving business goals.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain comprehensive, high-level system architectures.
- Evaluate and select the best frameworks, tools, and technology stacks for our projects.
- Ensure that new systems integrate smoothly with our existing infrastructure.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications through stakeholder collaboration.
- Develop thorough technical documentation and detailed architecture diagrams.
- Offer technical leadership and guidance to our development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prioritize security and regulatory compliance in every stage of the design process.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in system or software architecture, supported by a strong background in software development.
- Proven expertise working with CRM software.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Practical experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
- A solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience leading large-scale software projects or complex system migrations.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a background in managing industry compliance standards.
