Key outcomes

• Provide comprehensive direction and support for our IT solutions, including direct assistance for end-users.
• Establish and maintain IT policies and procedures, covering architecture, security, disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and service standards.
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget by coordinating internal staff and external contractors.
• Direct the troubleshooting process for all network and connectivity challenges.
• Maintain expertise across our technology stack, including ERP systems, Microsoft 365, communication services, eSignature tools, and various management software platforms.
• Report directly to the Director of Operations to align IT strategy with broader business goals.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience within the IT sector.
• Proven expertise in managing complex networks and systems.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, application management, data security, and general IT services.
• Deep understanding of risk management and the ability to develop robust disaster recovery plans.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot intricate technical issues.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards for quality and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, specifically the ability to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders who do not have a technical background.
• High ethical standards and a commitment to personal integrity.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• A college diploma, associate degree in a technical field, or an equivalent professional certification.
