We are looking for a dedicated Systems Administrator to join our Engineering organization and help us scale our operations while supporting our growing team.

Key outcomes

• Configure, deploy, and maintain end-user devices across Mac, Linux, and Windows platforms.
• Ensure all hardware and software remain compliant with our security standards.
• Manage device health through our MDM solutions and resolve technical issues as they occur.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to support server infrastructure through monitoring, patching, and routine maintenance.
• Provide responsive technical support to employees across the company.
• Conduct regular system audits to maintain operational integrity.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an IT role with a proven track record of successful troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Mac, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with Linux server administration.
• Practical knowledge of device imaging and MDM solutions.
• Experience using programming languages such as BASH, Python, or PowerShell.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with cloud computing environments, specifically AWS.
