We are looking for a dedicated Systems Administrator to join our Engineering organization and help us scale our operations while supporting our growing team.
Key outcomes
- Configure, deploy, and maintain end-user devices across Mac, Linux, and Windows platforms.
- Ensure all hardware and software remain compliant with our security standards.
- Manage device health through our MDM solutions and resolve technical issues as they occur.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to support server infrastructure through monitoring, patching, and routine maintenance.
- Provide responsive technical support to employees across the company.
- Conduct regular system audits to maintain operational integrity.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in an IT role with a proven track record of successful troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Mac, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with Linux server administration.
- Practical knowledge of device imaging and MDM solutions.
- Experience using programming languages such as BASH, Python, or PowerShell.
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with cloud computing environments, specifically AWS.
