Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to join our Engineering organization on a full-time, remote basis. You will be the backbone of our IT operations, ensuring our team has the tools they need to succeed while keeping our infrastructure secure and efficient.
Your impact
- Take ownership of end-user device management by configuring, deploying, and maintaining hardware and software across Mac, Linux, and Windows environments.
- Partner with our Engineering team to manage server infrastructure, including monitoring, patching, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Serve as a key technical resource for the company by auditing our systems for compliance and resolving technical issues for our team members.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical foundation and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are looking for someone who brings the following:
- At least 3 years of experience in an IT role with a proven track record of troubleshooting success.
- Proficiency in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Deep familiarity with Mac, Windows, and Linux operating systems, including Linux server administration.
- Hands-on experience with device imaging and MDM solutions.
- A strong command of the English language.
- Bonus points if you have experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS or have worked in a startup or MSP environment.
