Our work directly improves hospital finances, enhances patient safety, and boosts physician satisfaction. We are currently looking for a Systems Administrator to join our Engineering organization. In this remote role, you will be essential to our operations by managing our IT infrastructure and supporting our growing team as we continue to partner with some of the most prominent health systems in the country.
Key outcomes
- Configure, deploy, and maintain end-user hardware and software across Mac, Linux, and Windows environments.
- Ensure all devices remain compliant with our security standards and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Utilize MDM solutions to monitor endpoint health and proactively resolve technical issues.
- Partner with our Engineering team to support server infrastructure through regular patching, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal technical support and troubleshooting.
- Conduct routine system audits to ensure operational efficiency and security.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in an IT role with a strong focus on troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Mac, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with Linux server administration.
- Practical knowledge of device imaging or MDM solutions.
- Experience using scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience working within a startup environment or a Managed Service Provider.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, specifically AWS.
