Systems Administrator at HS Plus d.o.o.

We are looking for a motivated Systems Administrator to join our growing IT team. Over the past 11 years, we have evolved into a dynamic e-commerce organization with a team of over 350 professionals. We take pride in our scale, as we currently manage 30,000 deliveries daily across 23 European countries and generate over 12 million in monthly sales. Key outcomes

• Configure and maintain hardware, software, and cloud-based network systems.
• Provide reliable technical support to our staff and manage user account provisioning.
• Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and security.
• Implement and manage security protocols, including access controls and regular data backups.
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform necessary upgrades to maintain infrastructure efficiency.
• Document technical procedures, policies, and manuals to keep our internal knowledge base up to date.
• Stay current with emerging technologies to help train staff and improve our internal processes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience providing technical support in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in managing G Suite environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, Linux, and macOS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in both English and Slovenian.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Self-initiative and a strong drive for professional development.

Preferred qualifications

• Basic knowledge of at least one programming language is considered an asset.
