We are currently looking for a dedicated Systems Administrator to join our team as a contractor. Our organization operates in the technology sector, and we pride ourselves on maintaining robust, high-performance infrastructure. In this on-site role based in the United States, you will play a vital part in managing our server environments and ensuring our network architecture remains reliable and efficient.
Key outcomes
- Manage the setup, configuration, and network troubleshooting for Windows 2012 Server and newer versions.
- Maintain Linux environments, specifically working with SLES or RHEL distributions.
- Oversee VMWare ESX operations to ensure virtual machine stability.
- Build and configure high-speed 1Gigabit and 10Gigabit LAN environments.
- Configure and manage Layer 2 and Layer 3 Ethernet devices.
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting to resolve complex system issues.
Requirements
- You possess 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in systems administration.
- You have a solid grasp of PC system architecture, covering both client and server platforms.
- You are proficient in Windows Server, Linux, and VMWare technologies.
- You demonstrate a strong work ethic and a collaborative approach to team projects.
- You have a genuine passion for learning new technologies and solving technical problems.
- You are fluent in English.
