This program is essential for providing our military with a highly integrated tactical network. You will work on sophisticated communication systems, core networking infrastructure, and advanced battle management tools that process critical data for surveillance and intelligence. What you'll be doing
- You will collaborate directly with the Department of National Defence to identify and define the operational requirements and capabilities needed for mission success.
- You will utilize Model-Based Systems Engineering techniques to create detailed operational and system views, including activity, sequence, and block definition diagrams.
- You will oversee the end-to-end flow of information and manage the traceability of requirements from high-level goals down to specific test artifacts and verification matrices.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this senior role, you should possess a strong background in engineering and systems engineering. You will need to be comfortable with the following:
- Expertise in Systems Engineering and Validation processes.
- Proficiency in applying MBSE techniques to complex projects.
- The ability to communicate clearly in English while presenting status updates to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience in developing interface specifications and mission scenarios.
