System Analyst at Trucell

We are looking for a dedicated Senior System Analyst to join our team in Australia for a full-time, on-site role. What you'll be doing

• You will evaluate current business processes and system functionalities to identify inefficiencies, while recommending and implementing optimal practices to improve overall performance.
• You will take full ownership of our IT infrastructure, which includes managing Cloud services, VMware clusters, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and MS Exchange to ensure maximum reliability.
• You will serve as a primary technical resource by providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and guiding stakeholders through complex project decision-making processes.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience in managing enterprise-level systems and a deep understanding of modern IT environments. We are looking for the following skills and qualifications:

• Advanced technical proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, VMWare, and MS Exchange.
• A strong background in ITIL frameworks and a proven ability to manage ICT documentation, including policies and operational procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in English, which you will use to negotiate with stakeholders, provide end-user training, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• A proactive mindset toward server maintenance, security patching, and the implementation of robust system test plans to ensure data integrity.
• Experience with hardware management, including 3CX phone systems, network switches, and general office equipment.
