What is this role?
We are looking for a System Administrator to join our team in Gladbeck on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position perfect for someone who wants to grow professionally while ensuring our diverse hotel and clinic operations run smoothly. You will work in a hybrid environment, balancing time between our locations and remote work.
What will you do?
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support to our staff, helping them resolve technical questions and issues.
- Manage user accounts and maintain the security of our systems to ensure everyone can work safely and efficiently.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of our networks, databases, and hardware to guarantee high system stability.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in IT and a proactive approach to your work. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A completed degree or vocational training in an IT-related field, such as a Fachinformatiker for system integration.
- Strong practical knowledge of Windows environments, including server and client systems, as well as Office 365 administration.
- A structured, analytical mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in German and strong written and verbal English skills.
- A valid Class B driver's license, as you may occasionally travel between our various sites.
