We are Coveo, a technology company that builds intelligent search and relevance solutions for enterprise customers around the world. Our internal IT team keeps every system running smoothly so our colleagues can focus on innovation. We are currently looking for a senior System Administrator to join us full-time on-site in Canada and help maintain the infrastructure that powers our daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily work across the System Administration team, checking progress on active projects and ensuring tasks move forward without delays.
- Build, maintain, and fine-tune our internal infrastructure, including Hyper-V environments, AWS resources, and the full range of software systems we rely on.
- Handle complex troubleshooting, propose practical solutions, and support the IT help-desk team with the most challenging technical issues our employees face.
Requirements
- Five to eight years of hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and AWS.
- Practical networking experience focused on ongoing maintenance and issue resolution.
- Strong working knowledge of agile methodology and its application in an IT environment.
- Demonstrated expertise with mobile device management tools including Intune, Ivanti, Munki, Apple Business Manager, and Microsoft Autopilot.
- Ability to work full-time from one of our Canadian offices in Montreal or Quebec City.
