The opportunity
In this full-time, on-site role, you will be the primary steward of our Fuel Card platform. You will bridge the gap between complex technical maintenance and high-quality customer service. Your work ensures that our hardware and software systems function seamlessly, which directly impacts the daily experience of our clients. By managing the platform infrastructure and coordinating with our account managers, you will play a vital role in our ongoing business improvement and operational success.
A day in the life
- You will oversee the entire lifecycle of our Fuel Card platform, which includes everything from encoding smartcards to managing the software and hardware maintenance of our Point of Sale terminals.
- You will act as the primary point of contact for customer support, using our ticketing systems to qualify requests, resolve incidents, and ensure that every complaint is handled with care and efficiency.
- You will take charge of data integrity and reporting, which involves generating transaction files, performing regular system backups, and delivering high-quality statements to our clients on a consistent schedule.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with a deep background in technology and system management. You understand the importance of hardware and software maintenance, and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where data accuracy is paramount. Because you will be working closely with our clients, you possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to build long-term rapport.
