• Work closely with development teams and various departments to incorporate user feedback into our technical roadmap.
• Drive innovation and oversee the successful implementation of new CIS initiatives.
• Lead and mentor support teams while evaluating their performance through key metrics.
• Supervise user-testing phases and manage necessary adjustments to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Guarantee that all products and services are delivered on schedule and within the established budget.
• Direct the installation and upgrading of both hardware and software assets.
• Maintain the integrity of our computer network infrastructure and uphold rigorous network security standards.
• Manage the recruitment and training processes for new IT staff members.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess extensive experience in system administration and team management. We require a candidate who is proficient in the following areas:
