We are looking for a Swap Dealer Head of Regulatory Reporting to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this senior role, you will be responsible for building and managing the financial and regulatory reporting framework for our swap dealer activities. As a direct subsidiary of Galaxy Digital L.P., our swap dealer operates within the sales and trading division, and you will play a vital part in our mission to help engineer a new economic paradigm.
Responsibilities
- Maintain full compliance with all swap dealer financial regulatory requirements, including those set by the CFTC and NFA.
- Lead our U.S. regulatory group by overseeing daily and monthly filings, performing capital computations, and reviewing margin, position, and counterparty reports.
- Collaborate across teams like Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and IT to ensure all business initiatives and new products are properly supported from a regulatory finance perspective.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, ideally gained at a regulatory agency or within a swap dealer controller capacity.
- Deep product knowledge and regulatory expertise specifically related to OTC derivatives and swap dealer businesses.
- Proven experience in executing and implementing swap dealer regulatory functions.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Bonus points for holding a Series 27 license, experience as a FinOp, or background working with FCMs and Broker Dealers.
