We are currently searching for a Support Worker to join our team in Romsey on a full-time basis. Responsibilities
- Assist adults with daily living tasks, personal care, and community activities like cinema trips or visits to the local pub.
- Empower the people we support to make their own choices and develop essential life skills.
- Apply our positive behaviour support approach, based on PROACT-SCIPr-UK, to handle challenges with confidence and care.
Requirements
- A genuine, compassionate nature and a desire to improve the lives of others.
- A full employment history dating back to when you left full-time education.
- Successful completion of our pre-employment screening, which includes an enhanced DBS check and professional references.
- While previous experience as a care worker, health care assistant, or in a similar role is welcomed, we provide extensive induction and training for all new team members.
What we offer
