We are currently processing 10 percent of all web shop orders in the Netherlands, and our team of 30 people is growing quickly. We are now looking for a new team member to join our support department and help us continue providing the high-quality, personal service our users expect.
About the Role
We are seeking a Support Specialist to join us on a part-time basis. In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for our B2B customers, primarily assisting them via email. This is not a standard call center position. Instead, you will provide meaningful advice, solve complex problems, and help our users optimize their warehouse processes. You will work within a collaborative, nine-person support team that values empathy, clear communication, and a proactive approach to customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a dedicated point of contact for our users, providing thorough solutions and expert advice on our software and warehouse workflows.
- Take a proactive approach to customer service by identifying potential issues before they arise and suggesting improvements to our help documentation or software features.
- Collaborate with your teammates to ensure high-quality support, which includes participating in an on-call rotation for urgent matters outside of standard office hours.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional experience in customer service, support, or customer success within a software or technology company.
- A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.
- Strong communication skills, a high level of self-reflection, and a genuine desire to keep learning.
- A proactive, result-oriented approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership.
- Proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with the e-commerce landscape is considered a significant advantage.
Location
This is a remote position, and you are welcome to work from anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
