With a team that has expanded to over 300 employees across numerous international offices, we are looking for a curious and service-minded Support Engineering Student Assistant to join our Copenhagen team. What you'll be doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for coaches and clients, answering their product questions and resolving concerns.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and document solutions, escalating complex problems to our Engineering team when necessary.
- Collaborate with our Product and Customer Success teams to share feedback and improve the overall user experience.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a student who is ready to learn and take ownership of their tasks. You should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment for 15 to 20 hours per week. We value the following qualities:
