What you bring

We are hiring a Mid-Level Support Engineer for a Full Time remote role based in the United States. In this position you will serve as the first line of defense for production issues, monitor dashboards and logs for early warning signs, and deliver performance analysis on customer-facing systems. You will also collaborate daily with engineering, DBA, architecture, QA, and project-management teams to investigate code and data problems, while building new dashboards and tooling that reduce repetitive support work.

• Provide first-responder support by monitoring dashboards and logs for production issues.
• Deliver performance analysis of Syndigo customer-facing systems and create tooling to automate repetitive monitoring tasks.
• Partner with engineering and DBA teams to investigate code and data concerns, then relay findings that improve the customer experience.

The role is fully remote within the United States.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or who has completed an intensive coding bootcamp. Hands-on experience as a support engineer is a plus, and you should bring solid knowledge of C#, .NET, and browser or network-based debugging techniques. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional prioritization and diagnostic skills, a proven ability to resolve customer queries, and proficiency in documenting processes while tracking performance metrics. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the curiosity to keep pace with evolving application design and the willingness to share application feedback with developers.
