Support Engineer at Litprotocol

What you bring

In this full-time, remote role, you will act as a bridge between our core engineering team and the thousands of developers building within our ecosystem. You will be instrumental in ensuring our partners have the tools and guidance they need to succeed. Your work will be based anywhere, provided you can align with North American time zones.

• Provide dedicated support and maintain strong relationships with our ecosystem builders.
• Create, test, and deploy practical implementation examples and comprehensive guides.
• Collaborate directly with our software engineering team to refine and improve our SDKs.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a solid background in software engineering, specifically with JavaScript. You should have proven experience in a developer-facing role, combined with sharp problem-solving skills. A deep understanding of Ethereum and smart contracts is highly valued, as is experience building Dapps or working with Lit Actions. We also appreciate candidates who have a history of publishing technical content for developer audiences. You must be fluent in English and ready to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What we offer

We believe in rewarding our team members for their expertise and dedication. Your base pay will be determined within the range of $90,000 to $150,000 USD per year, based on your specific skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we provide the following:
