Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join us on a contractor basis. This is a remote position available to candidates anywhere in the world who are ready to dive into our technical ecosystem and provide world-class support to our growing customer base.

Your impact

• Take ownership of the first level of technical support, ensuring our customers receive timely and accurate resolutions.
• Manage incoming tickets during Eastern Standard business hours while participating in a weekday nighttime on-call rotation to handle urgent enterprise issues.
• Partner closely with our product and engineering teams to identify trends, build internal tools, and implement code improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.

What you'll need

• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong technical skills, including the ability to use Postman or curl to debug REST API issues.
• The ability to read and write code in Python, TypeScript, or Ruby for debugging purposes.
• Solid SQL proficiency for data investigation.
• Previous experience in a Technical Support or Software Engineering role.
• A naturally curious mindset, a passion for customer success, and a meticulous eye for detail.
