Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join us on a contractor basis. This is a remote position available to candidates anywhere in the world who are ready to dive into our technical ecosystem and provide world-class support to our growing customer base.

Your impact

Take ownership of the first level of technical support, ensuring our customers receive timely and accurate resolutions.
Manage incoming tickets during Eastern Standard business hours while participating in a weekday nighttime on-call rotation to handle urgent enterprise issues.
Partner closely with our product and engineering teams to identify trends, build internal tools, and implement code improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.

What you'll need

Professional proficiency in English.
Strong technical skills, including the ability to use Postman or curl to debug REST API issues.
The ability to read and write code in Python, TypeScript, or Ruby for debugging purposes.
Solid SQL proficiency for data investigation.
Previous experience in a Technical Support or Software Engineering role.
A naturally curious mindset, a passion for customer success, and a meticulous eye for detail.
