Support Engineer at EON

About the Role

We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a mid-level position where you will act as a bridge between our clients and our internal product development team. You will be responsible for ensuring our platform integrates smoothly with client systems, troubleshooting technical hurdles, and contributing to the development of tools that improve our data integration processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to manage the technical integration of their existing systems, such as ERP, PIM, or PLM, with our platform.
• Investigate and resolve platform performance issues, data synchronization errors, and feature-related questions to ensure a positive client experience.
• Develop scripts, utilities, and software components that streamline data integration and help the product team implement client-requested features.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in software development, data integration, or technical support.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with a primary programming or scripting language.
• Solid understanding of RESTful web services, API design, and data transformation.
• Practical proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
• Familiarity with security protocols, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret system logs to identify patterns or anomalies.
• A proactive, self-starting mindset with excellent communication skills and a focus on client success.

Location

This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.
