We are currently looking for a motivated Support Engineer to join our team in the United Kingdom. Key outcomes
- Provide comprehensive remote support for our cloud-hosted and on-premise solutions, focusing primarily on customers across the UK and Europe.
- Manage complex technical problem-solving, including issue replication and root cause analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both technical and non-technical users through clear and effective communication.
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure customer issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Balance multiple priorities and tasks while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise technical support or as a technical engineer within a SaaS environment.
- Practical knowledge of supporting cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with web and Java application technologies, such as Apache, Tomcat, and web services.
- Experience troubleshooting network technologies.
- Proficiency with databases, APIs, and scripting languages like Python and SQL.
- Experience with M365 and SharePoint administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A self-motivated approach with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience working with XML.
