Role at a glance
We are looking for a mid-level Support Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility for those located near our Boston office or working remotely within the Eastern time zone.
Your impact
- Provide expert remote support to our diverse base of US and Canadian customers, troubleshooting both cloud-hosted and on-premise solutions.
- Manage complex technical challenges by replicating issues, performing deep-dive analysis, and communicating solutions clearly to users of all technical levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, acting as a key point of contact for their technical success.
What you'll need
- Proven experience in enterprise technical support or as an engineer within a cloud-based SaaS environment.
- Solid technical foundation in Java-based applications, web technologies like Apache and Tomcat, and network troubleshooting.
- Practical skills with databases, APIs, and scripting languages such as Python and SQL.
- Familiarity with M365 or SharePoint administration, with bonus points for XML experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a self-motivated, organized approach to multitasking.
- Fluency in English.
