About the Role
We are seeking a Supervisor, Media Strategy to join our team on a full-time basis. In this senior-level role, you will lead media efforts for our diverse roster of travel clients, ranging from airlines and hotels to city-level destination marketing organizations. You will be instrumental in positioning our clients within the most relevant cultural conversations, ensuring their stories resonate across both traditional and emerging media landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies that elevate our travel and tourism clients within lifestyle, design, wellness, and business media outlets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, including journalists, editors, and emerging creators, to secure high-impact coverage.
- Collaborate closely with account teams to provide strategic insights, draft compelling press materials, and mentor junior staff members.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Between 4 and 6 years of experience in public relations, with at least 3 years specifically focused on the travel, tourism, or destination brand sectors.
- A deep, established network of contacts within both travel-specific and lifestyle media.
- Proven ability to craft and implement effective media plans while working in an integrated agency environment.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to produce high-quality press releases, bylines, and briefing documents.
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Location
This position is based in the United States and requires an on-site work arrangement.
Compensation and Benefits
