What you bring

As a Summer Talent Team Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of government contracting. This senior-level internship is based in our Reston, Virginia headquarters, requiring you to work in a hybrid capacity. You will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment lifecycle by applying your analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to real-world business challenges. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing technical talent through various online channels and professional networks to build robust candidate pipelines.
• Reviewing resumes and assisting with the applicant tracking process to ensure we identify the best fit for our open roles.
• Collaborating with our team on special projects, including reporting, data entry, and coordinating communication campaigns.

Requirements

We are looking for proactive students who are currently working toward a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, psychology, marketing, or a related field. You should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with candidates and team members. We value candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected, and any prior familiarity with applicant tracking systems or AI tools for recruiting will be considered a significant plus. You must be able to commute to our Reston office two days per week to participate in this hybrid experience.
