The opportunity

We are searching for an undergraduate student to join our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team for a summer internship. This role is designed to give you hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of pharmaceutical workforce planning and recruitment. You will work directly with our professionals to support key initiatives, including talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations. By joining us, you will gain a firsthand look at how we build the teams that drive innovation and help us maintain our high standards of excellence.

A day in the life

During your time with us, you will be embedded in our team and given the chance to contribute to meaningful projects. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth research to identify industry trends and gathering market intelligence to refine our recruitment strategies.
• Enhancing our employer brand by creating engaging content for social media and improving the overall candidate experience through our CRM system.
• Partnering with our recruiters to manage candidate workflows, support sourcing efforts, and ensure our systems are running smoothly.

Who you are

You are an undergraduate student currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or a related field. You have a passion for the pharmaceutical industry and a desire to challenge yourself in a professional setting. To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
