At Zeal we build a self-custodial wallet that lets people treat crypto and stablecoins like everyday money-paying, saving, earning, and moving value without middlemen. We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Success Lead who will take full ownership of our support inbox and serve as the direct link between users, product, and engineering.
What you'll be doing
- Own the Intercom inbox by delivering clear, friendly, and timely answers, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users through each step while keeping quality and speed high.
- Triage and prioritise incoming tickets by categorising them accurately, logging them in Linear with precise details, and spotting patterns that could signal emerging problems.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams by reproducing bugs, gathering all necessary context, pushing tickets toward resolution, and feeding structured user feedback into roadmap decisions.
What you'll bring
We value reliability, kindness under pressure, curiosity, and a strong drive to finish what you start. You write and speak excellent English with clarity and can adjust tone to suit each user. You are comfortable with tools such as Intercom and Linear, can explain moderately technical ideas in simple terms, and keep many threads organised without losing track. Experience in customer support or operations, especially in fintech, SaaS, or crypto, is helpful but not required. An interest in crypto, self-custody, or fintech products, plus any prior work with engineers and product teams in a fast-moving startup, would be a bonus.
