We are looking for a dedicated Student Assistant to join our IT Project Management Office. Our team focuses on driving efficiency and clarity across our technical initiatives, and we need someone who is eager to learn the ropes of project coordination in a professional setting. This role is perfect for a student who wants to gain hands-on experience with IT processes while contributing to the success of our ongoing projects.
Key outcomes
- Maintain and update our internal project management software and databases to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in the development and tracking of project timelines, status updates, and professional presentations.
- Conduct research and perform data analysis to provide our leadership team with the information they need to make informed decisions.
- Help us refine and improve our existing IT project management workflows.
- Handle the administrative and organizational tasks required to prepare for and follow up on team meetings and workshops.
Requirements
- Current enrollment as a student.
- Strong interest in IT project management, data analysis, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in research and the ability to create clear, effective presentations.
- Fluency in German is required for this role.
- Ability to commit to 10 to 15 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
