We are currently looking for a Structural Engineer to join our team in the United States to help us continue this legacy of excellence.

Key outcomes

• Execute structural analysis and design for new tank structures, as well as rehabilitation and retrofit projects within the water and wastewater sectors, using SAP2000 and SAFE.
• Analyze project specifications, building codes, and plans to ensure all submittals are accurate, safe, and cost-effective through rigorous design and quality control processes.
• Identify and recommend design improvements to optimize performance and reduce costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate effectively with construction teams, suppliers, and consultant engineers to address technical inquiries and resolve engineering challenges.
• Deliver reliable technical support to field personnel and conduct periodic design compliance inspections at project sites.

Requirements

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, with a minor or specific emphasis in structural engineering.
• Current Engineering in Training (EIT) certification.
• Between 3 and 7 years of professional experience in Civil or Structural Engineering, ideally within the water or wastewater industry.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and the MS Office suite.
• A self-motivated and driven approach, with the ability to balance independent work with team collaboration.
• A willingness to travel occasionally for project site inspections.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• A Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Prior experience providing engineering support for construction projects.
