We are looking for a talented individual to join us as a senior leader in Strategy and Finance to help us scale this impact.

What you'll be doing

• You will manage our financial and operational modeling, maintaining a clear view of our business drivers while setting targets that guide our strategic decisions.
• You will work closely with our CEO on fundraising and board relations, helping to craft compelling narratives and prepare materials that clearly communicate our progress and vision.
• You will lead high-level strategic projects, including market and competitive analysis, to provide actionable recommendations and decision memos that shape our company direction.

What you'll bring

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in fields like investment banking, venture capital, private equity, consulting, or finance within a fast-growing startup.
• You possess elite data-driven storytelling skills and the ability to design impactful presentations.
• You are highly proficient in Excel and have a strong grasp of data hygiene, with extra points for experience in SQL and Python.
• You have a deep interest in or direct experience with electricity markets and climate technology.
• You are fluent in English and demonstrate exceptional structured thinking and communication abilities.
• You are comfortable with AI tools and are always looking for ways to automate workflows and increase your personal leverage.
