Arbor is on a mission to reshape the energy landscape by building an intelligent marketplace that brings affordable, renewable electricity to everyone. As AI data centers increase the demand for power, many consumers are still stuck with outdated systems and high costs. Our platform changes this by using AI to aggregate users, secure wholesale pricing, and optimize energy usage in real-time. We have already secured over $20 million in funding from top investors and have saved our tens of thousands of customers more than $7.5 million. We are looking for a talented individual to join us as a senior leader in Strategy and Finance to help us scale this impact.

What you'll be doing

You will manage our financial and operational modeling, maintaining a clear view of our business drivers while setting targets that guide our strategic decisions.
You will work closely with our CEO on fundraising and board relations, helping to craft compelling narratives and prepare materials that clearly communicate our progress and vision.
You will lead high-level strategic projects, including market and competitive analysis, to provide actionable recommendations and decision memos that shape our company direction.

What you'll bring

You have 3 to 5 years of experience in fields like investment banking, venture capital, private equity, consulting, or finance within a fast-growing startup.
You possess elite data-driven storytelling skills and the ability to design impactful presentations.
You are highly proficient in Excel and have a strong grasp of data hygiene, with extra points for experience in SQL and Python.
You have a deep interest in or direct experience with electricity markets and climate technology.
You are fluent in English and demonstrate exceptional structured thinking and communication abilities.
You are comfortable with AI tools and are always looking for ways to automate workflows and increase your personal leverage.
