About the Role

We are looking for a Strategy & Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. This mid-level position is perfect for someone with a strong background in strategy development and digital technology. You will serve as a key advisor to our clients, helping them define their future success through strategic guidance and the hands-on execution of complex transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to define their business goals and digital transformation objectives.
• Create clear, audience-specific storylines and visually engaging presentations that communicate complex transformation themes to stakeholders ranging from frontline teams to the C-suite.
• Develop and operationalize end-to-end transformation roadmaps, including the management of workstreams, critical milestones, and success metrics.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of consulting experience, ideally within a recognized management consultancy.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, quantitative and qualitative research, and the ability to turn findings into actionable insights.
• A solid understanding of digital technologies and their practical business applications.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with a minimum C1 level.
• Proven experience in project management and a client-centric mindset.

This position is based in the Netherlands.
