What is this role?
We are searching for a Strategy Associate to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Indonesia. This position is designed for an experienced professional, as we are looking for someone with a background equivalent to a manager level. You will report directly to our Head of Strategy and play a vital role in our corporate strategy and digital transformation efforts.
What will you do?
- You will take the lead on key strategic initiatives, driving our digital transformation forward while engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the company.
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term strategic plans that align with our broader organizational goals and performance targets.
- You will conduct deep-dive analysis to evaluate potential risks and opportunities, ultimately presenting your findings and recommendations to our executive leadership and board members.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in management consulting, product management, or deal advisory. We are looking for someone with at least seven years of relevant experience who holds a degree in business or a STEM field. You should be highly proficient in data analytics, financial modeling, and creating compelling presentations. We value candidates who possess strong leadership qualities, excellent time management skills, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships. You must be fluent in English and ready to apply your critical thinking to solve high-level business problems.
