What you'll be doing
- You will drive new business by managing the full sales cycle, from qualifying inbound leads and prospecting new accounts to negotiating and closing complex deals.
- You will serve as a strategic partner to our enterprise clients, identifying their unique operational challenges and demonstrating how our AI solutions can solve them.
- You will maintain high standards of data integrity within HubSpot, ensuring your sales pipeline, forecasts, and account activities are always accurate and up to date.
What you'll bring
- You possess at least 5 years of experience as a high-performing outbound Account Executive.
- You have a proven track record of selling into the construction sector, specifically within the ENR 100.
- You thrive in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments and are comfortable traveling at least 25% of the time.
- You are a skilled communicator with a hunger for revenue growth and a deep understanding of solution-based selling.
- You are fluent in English and ready to collaborate in a remote-first setting.
