Your opportunity

Be the first Strategic Finance hire and help drive user and revenue growth at CoinTracker! As the Strategic Finance Lead, you will be forecasting our business, contributing to our strategy, identifying new growth drivers and elevating CoinTracker to its next stage of growth!

• You have massively improved our ability to accurately and rigorously forecast our business

• You have contributed to a more thorough understanding of the markets we operate in, including opportunity size and user segmentation

• You have helped unlock the next level of growth by working cross-functionally to improve our existing business and identify new pockets of growth in the crypto space

You will

• Research and understand the crypto market to identify new opportunities and growth drivers

• Forecast CoinTracker’s business 3 years out with the goal of setting monthly and annual financial targets

• Work with cross-functional teams (eg Partnerships, Data & Marketing) on driving user and revenue growth

Some of the skills that we are excited about

• 6+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Strategic Finance or FP&A (or some combination thereof)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable with ambiguity, enjoys bringing structure to an unstructured issue

• Thrives in a fast paced, early-stage startup environment. Maintains a positive attitude through ebbs and flows of the crypto industry

• Proven to work cross-functionally with a range of teams from Partnerships to Data to Marketing to Product and beyond

• Interest in crypto

• Showcases deep openness to growing, learning, and to giving and receiving feedback
