What you bring
We are looking for a Senior Strategic Finance Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote role, meaning you can work from anywhere. You will be our first hire in this function, tasked with forecasting our business, shaping our strategy, and identifying new growth drivers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Researching the crypto market to uncover new opportunities and growth drivers.
- Developing three-year business forecasts to establish clear monthly and annual financial targets.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with teams like Partnerships, Data, and Marketing to accelerate user and revenue growth.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have at least six years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Strategic Finance, or FP&A. We value candidates who possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and who feel comfortable bringing structure to ambiguous, unstructured challenges. You should be fluent in English and thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment. It is important that you maintain a positive attitude through the natural fluctuations of the crypto industry and demonstrate a genuine interest in the space. We are looking for a team player who works well across different departments and maintains an open mindset toward learning and feedback.
