We are building the Amazon of labor. As a rapidly growing platform, we pair end-to-end workforce management technology with a global network of 5 million flexible workers. We create scalable labor solutions for some of the world’s largest companies, including Circle K, Pepsi, Dollar General, and Starbucks. Our unique business model fractionalizes jobs into shifts, allowing workers to participate in a digital marketplace across multiple companies. Since our inception, we have grown two to three times each year and have secured over $120 million in funding from top-tier investors like D1 Capital and Imaginary Ventures. Our mission is to build the world’s leading platform for hourly workers and enterprises, enabling flexibility, choice, and upward social mobility.
