We are currently looking for a resilient and focused professional to join our team as a Strategic Account Manager for EAM Sales in Japan. You will have the opportunity to lead with our award-winning products while utilizing our broader portfolio to deliver genuine value to our customers through a consultative, value-based sales approach.

What you'll be doing

  • You will take full ownership of your annual sales targets and deliver results in alignment with quarterly budgets, while maintaining a pipeline that consistently achieves 4x coverage.
  • You will develop and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies for your nominated industries, alongside detailed territory and account plans that utilize power maps and mutual evaluation plans.
  • You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, which includes driving demand generation, navigating RFI and RFP processes, and collaborating with partners to create joint sales plays that accelerate deal progress.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in enterprise software sales and a deep understanding of the industry. We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

  • Expertise in Sales, Go-To-Market strategy, Territory Planning, and Account Planning.
  • A proven ability to perform Demand Generation and manage complex sales processes within a matrixed organization.
  • Professional proficiency in English to effectively collaborate with our global teams and leadership.
  • A commitment to maintaining excellent CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and consistent sales reporting.
