We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our team and drive capital sales for our Histology and Anatomic Pathology division. You will be responsible for growing our footprint across labs in Little Rock, Kansas City, and the surrounding regions by building strong partnerships with key stakeholders ranging from lab managers to C-suite executives.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets for our full range of capital instruments and reagents.
- Manage existing client relationships while actively prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
- Deliver compelling value quantification presentations to demonstrate the impact of our solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with our internal team of specialists to ensure a unified, customer-focused sales approach.
- Apply creative problem-solving and sound judgment to resolve complex issues for our clients.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of the entire Roche Diagnostics Tissue Division portfolio.
- Engage in regular overnight travel to support your assigned territory.
Must-haves
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- At least 5 to 7 years of proven experience in complex sales environments.
- Strong negotiation, contracting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for delivering impactful presentations.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to work independently.
- Experience working successfully within a regulated industry.
- Fluency in English.
