We have already established a strong presence across most NHS Trusts in the UK, but our current work is often siloed within individual departments. We are looking for a visionary leader to help us evolve these connections into unified, enterprise-wide partnerships that truly move the needle on patient outcomes.
The opportunity
As our Strategic Account Director, you will serve as the primary architect for our growth within the NHS. Your main objective is to move beyond departmental contracts and secure multi-year, Trust-wide Enterprise Agreements. You will sit at the intersection of clinical utility and executive strategy, helping us demonstrate the immense value of our platform to CIOs, CCIOs, and Finance Directors. This is a high-impact role where you will turn fragmented pilot programs into cohesive, large-scale digital transformations that streamline procurement and improve clinical efficiency.
A day in the life
- You will analyze existing departmental footprints within Trusts to build compelling business cases for enterprise-wide adoption.
- You will lead complex sales cycles, focusing on the clinical and technical advantages of EHR integrations to drive long-term value.
- You will coordinate with our internal technical, clinical, and legal teams to manage sophisticated RFP and tender processes, ensuring our interoperability solutions meet the highest standards.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with over 7 years of experience selling high-value technology directly into the NHS. You speak the language of the health service fluently and have a proven history of scaling small wins into significant, 6 or 7-figure contracts. You are comfortable discussing technical data standards like HL7 and FHIR, and you understand why seamless EHR integration is essential for modern clinical workflows. Beyond your technical knowledge, you are an independent problem solver who thrives in remote environments and excels at building lasting relationships with senior stakeholders.
