What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Stock Administrator to join us on a Full Time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a retail environment and understands the nuances of business to business communication. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Managing daily billing tasks, which includes processing delivered stock and handling charges for failed deliveries.
• Coordinating closely with our distribution partners to ensure every delivery is accurately confirmed.
• Resolving delivery shortages, processing debit notes, and providing essential administrative support during warehouse stock takes.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong background in Technology, Retail, and Order Management. We value candidates who possess exceptional Customer Service skills and clear Communication abilities, as you will be the primary point of contact for our clients. You must be fluent in English and comfortable managing Billing processes. We are looking for someone who is naturally helpful, professional, and committed to providing consistent updates to customers regarding their orders and stock availability via phone and email. Please note that you must be available to participate in all scheduled stock takes.
