What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Startup Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in India. This is a critical position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to help us scale our product-led and sales-led growth motions. You will be instrumental in shaping how we reach the startup and developer communities as we continue to innovate in the GenAI space.
What will you do?
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies specifically tailored to engage startups and the developer community.
- Design and lead creative campaigns that boost awareness and adoption of our offerings, while serving as the primary expert on digital marketing and drip campaigns.
- Utilize data analysis to extract actionable insights, which will help you optimize our pipeline and drive revenue growth across various channels.

- Proven professional experience in startup marketing, business development, or program management.
- A deep understanding of SaaS products, cloud computing, and subscription business models.
- Technical proficiency with CRM software and various sales tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders across product, sales, and technical teams.
- A strong sense of ownership and a bias for action, coupled with a passion for GenAI and marketing innovation.
- Fluency in English.
