Staff Writer and Editorial Lead at ScaleMath

At ScaleMath, we are looking for a talented individual to join us as a Staff Writer and Editorial Lead. We work closely with our founder to push forward high-leverage initiatives that help our business grow. We are looking for someone who can act as a true partner to help us scale our operations while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

What is this role?

This is a senior-level, full-time position that operates on a remote basis. While we have a preference for candidates based in the UK, we are open to hiring the right person from anywhere in the world. This is not a typical writing role. We need a high-judgment operator who can handle editorial tasks while also diving into business strategy, sales support, and cross-functional projects.

What will you do?

• Produce and refine high-quality content, including pieces written on behalf of our founder.
• Refine our brand messaging, positioning, and overall narrative clarity across all business channels.
• Manage internal initiatives from start to finish, acting as a force multiplier for the founder and the rest of the team.

You have a sharp eye for detail and the ability to design sentences that are clear, rhythmic, and persuasive. You are comfortable shifting between deep creative work and high-level operational tasks. You have strong editorial judgment, meaning you know exactly what to cut and what to emphasize to keep our messaging focused. We value candidates who have an execution-first mindset and who take pride in shipping finished, polished work rather than just outlines or drafts.
