We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our remote team in the United States and help us scale our impact.
What you'll be doing
- Provide high-level architectural leadership to ensure our Core API, Developer Experience, and OEM engineering teams build reliable, scalable, and high-performance systems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to define technical strategy, mentor team members, and foster a culture of technical excellence across the organization.
- Drive initiatives that improve our infrastructure and development workflows, focusing on reducing friction for external developers while ensuring our API platform remains robust and secure.
What you'll bring
You have over 15 years of software engineering experience, specifically with distributed systems, APIs, and event-driven architectures. You are comfortable working in JavaScript and Python, and you possess a deep understanding of cloud platforms and microservices. We are looking for someone who excels at mentoring others and has a proven track record of guiding cross-functional teams through complex technical challenges. Proficiency in English is required for this role, as you will be collaborating closely with our team to maintain our high standards for performance and reliability.
What you'll get
The base salary for this position ranges from 180,000 USD to 225,000 USD, depending on your experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive the following benefits:
