We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our Integrations Team and help us protect thousands of hospitals, cities, and businesses against modern cyber threats. What you'll be doing

• Lead the architectural design and development of third-party integrations, utilizing RESTful APIs, webhooks, and event-driven pipelines to support our product roadmap.
• Drive our AI-first engineering transformation by building agentic AI ecosystems, creating MCP-based tooling, and mentoring your colleagues on how to integrate these tools into their daily workflows.
• Establish high standards for code quality, observability, and incident response, ensuring our systems remain scalable and secure enough to protect millions of endpoints around the clock.

What you'll bring

• Over 10 years of fullstack development experience, with deep proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Kubernetes.
• A proven track record of technical leadership, including architectural decision-making and mentoring engineers in fast-paced environments.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AI coding platforms and agentic AI development, including building skills, sub-agents, and context files.
• Expertise in API design, including REST, GraphQL, and Model Context Protocol.
• A strong background in observability platforms like Datadog or Grafana and a commitment to security-first development.
• Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote capacity based in Canada.
