About the Role
We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to design and deploy modern, scalable software solutions. You will be responsible for promoting a culture of high-quality engineering, ensuring our systems grow efficiently alongside our business, and mentoring fellow engineers to maintain a standard of excellence in every line of code we write.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise technical leadership on best practices and business objectives, including the strategic integration of AI and ML technologies.
- Guide engineering squads in designing, building, and maintaining resilient services that are easy to manage and meet our customers' needs.
- Mentor engineers across the organization to ensure code is testable and understandable while fostering an accessible developer experience.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying scalable AI solutions that drive tangible business results.
- Strong proficiency in software development using technologies such as Python, Node.js, TypeScript, React, AWS, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL.
- A deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle, from gathering technical requirements to production deployment.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership, define clear goals, remove blockers, and drive complex projects to completion.
- Experience building proof-of-concepts to validate new technologies and patterns that ensure system performance and responsiveness.

Compensation and Benefits
We are committed to pay transparency and offer a competitive total compensation package for this role, which includes a base salary of $161,300 - $215,000 and stock options. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
